Bay City Health Group is an allied health clinic built around Osteopathy and Clinical Pilates. Bay City Pilates grew naturally from that over time - helping people achieve their goals through strength and mobility, and improve on the active things they love no matter their age or experience.

There’s a lot of Pilates out there, and we know trust isn’t always easy. We don’t shout the loudest, but we’ve been in this space a long time. We focus on doing things with upmost quality and care, being authentic, and letting our work speak for itself - all whilst having a bit of fun along the way.

Our Pilates services include:

Clinical Pilates

Reformer Pilates

Mat Pilates

1:1

 The Bay City Way

The Bay City Way is our four-pillar approach to movement health, combining Osteopathy and Clinical Pilates to create lasting results.

Release – Reduce pain and restriction

Increase – Restore range of motion

Retrain – Improve movement patterns

Maintain – Build strength and resilience

Not everyone needs every pillar, but this framework is the foundation of how we care for our patients and the approach we recommend. Refined through over 10 years of clinical experience, it allows us to apply the right combination at the right time—helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay well for the long term.
