Cancelation Policy

Bay City Health Group has a strict cancelation policy for all Appointments and Clinical Pilates sessions. A cancelation within 24 hours or non-attendance to your appointment greatly reduces our ability to fill your spot in the schedule. Our cancellation policy is in place to give clients on our waitlist enough notice to attend a consultation at the canceled time slot.

• It is expected that you call to give us notice of your cancelation as soon as possible.

• Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged to your account.

• Rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment must be made via phone by calling 03 5229 3220. If you call outside of hours it is expected that you leave a voice message so our receptionist can record the reason and contact you back.

• We do not accept SMS messaging or email messages as a form of cancellation

Late arrival: If you are late for your appointment you must accept the reduced length of the consultation. For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late to a 40 minute appointment, you will only receive the 30 minutes remaining of your consultation at the original cost. We will not charge a reduced rate as our practitioners have dedicated the full time slot to you - regardless of your arrival time.
